Do you take a commission on my sales?+
No. Orders go straight to your WhatsApp or Telegram and you close the sale, we don't take a cut. There's only a flat monthly membership: new accounts try Pro free for 7 days without a card, and whenever you pick a plan you pay its full price.
I'm not technical, can I still set it up?+
Easily. Pick a ready-made template and your site is live in about 2 minutes. Your assistant Veno helps you write descriptions, price products and draft posts, no code or website skills needed.
What can the AI actually do for content?+
In the Content Studio, Veno helps you create product images, captions, carousels and short videos/reels, and cleans up photo backgrounds. It also tests A/B variants of a post, pulls trend and competitor insights from the web, and, with your approval, publishes to your connected social accounts. The repetitive work gets lighter, while the decisions stay yours.
How do orders reach me?+
Your customer picks the product, options and quantity from your site link and taps 'Order on WhatsApp' or 'Order on Telegram'. The order lands in your WhatsApp or Telegram as a ready-to-send message. You handle payment and delivery however you like.
Are my customer data and orders safe?+
Your orders are kept in the Orders tab of your app, with the customer's name, address and phone. We don't handle payments: the customer pays you directly, the way you choose, and the conversation stays with you on WhatsApp or Telegram.
How do I use it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest?+
Put your site link in your bio and point your posts to it. If you like, Veno generates the post image and caption and publishes to your connected accounts in one tap.
Can I cancel anytime?+
