Vitreno

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are a binding agreement between Vitreno and the person or business using the Vitreno service (“User”). By ticking the consent box when creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy; if you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is, Vitreno is a TOOL

Vitreno provides a storefront page, a permanent link/QR and AI-powered content tools for sellers. Customer orders are delivered to the seller's WhatsApp as a ready message. Vitreno is NOT a marketplace, intermediary service provider or broker; no payment passes through Vitreno, the sales contract is formed solely between seller and buyer, and Vitreno is not a party to it.

3. Seller's sole responsibility

The User is SOLELY and EXCLUSIVELY responsible for all sales made through their storefront: the legality of the products/services sold, required licenses and permits, accurate description, price, quality, safety, tax and invoicing obligations, delivery, returns/exchanges, and all communication and disputes with customers. Vitreno has no obligation to vet listings and will not act as a party, arbiter or guarantor in any buyer-seller dispute.

4. Prohibited items and use

Selling or promoting the following through the Service is strictly forbidden: any illegal goods or services; narcotics and controlled substances; unlicensed weapons, ammunition and explosives; prescription or smuggled medicines and medical products; stolen goods; counterfeit/pirated items and IP infringement; forged documents and IDs; illegal trade in live animals; obscene or exploitative content; gambling; and any fraudulent offering. Spam, infringement of third-party rights and abuse of the Service are also forbidden. This list is not exhaustive: any use contrary to applicable law is prohibited.

5. Screening, reports and enforcement

Vitreno may run automated content screening, reviews “Report” submissions from storefronts, and may suspend or remove a store or terminate an account WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE where it concludes these terms are violated; no fees are refunded. Where legally required, relevant information may be shared with competent authorities within the applicable legal framework. If you see a suspicious store, report it via the storefront report link or at support@vitreno.com.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs of the AI tools in the Service (images, text, video, customer prospecting, etc.) are provided “as is”; the User must check their accuracy, originality and fitness before publishing. The User is responsible for how generated content is used and for every message sent to third parties (including outreach messages); sending bulk/unsolicited messages is forbidden and compliance with applicable law (e.g. GDPR, local e-marketing rules) is the User's obligation.

7. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are collected through our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; sales taxes, invoicing, refunds and disputes are subject to the provider's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and past fees are not refunded (mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected).

8. Indemnity and limitation of liability

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Vitreno harmless against third-party claims, damages, penalties and reasonable legal fees arising from the User's breach of these terms, the products they sell or their use of the Service. The Service is provided “AS IS” with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitreno is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect/incidental damages, and its total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes and contact

Vitreno may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@vitreno.com

This is a carefully prepared draft agreement; completing it with company name, address and tax details and having it reviewed by a lawyer is recommended.
